Returns
Customers have 14 days from the time the receive their Dekka Guitar to execute a return, if in the course of that 14 days they wish to return their guitar email us at dekkaguitars@gmail.com and we will begin the return process. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we are happy to provide our shipping providers quotes to make it as easy as possible
The instrument, and case must be returned in the original packaging, and upon arrival we will assess the instrument for any damages. The customer will be liable for any damages to the instrument that occurred while it was in their possession, and charged for any repairs that must be made.
Once this is completed, the customer will be refunded the full amount, less charges for damages, via the payment method they used to purchase the instrument.
